inHome inSpections Est. 2020

I started inHome inSpections to help bring a higher standard of inspecting to my local area. I believe buying a house is a very big moment in people’s lives and you have to be able to trust the professionals helping you along the way. Your lawyer, banker, real estate agent and your inspector should all be trained, professional and up to date in their fields of expertise. A smart buyer should surround themselves with trained professionals that they trust to help them along the way. I want to be your trained and trusted home inspector. I know from my 12 years in the construction industry that people cut corners, non-professionals attempt to do more than they should, problems change and add up over time. I can’t look through walls or floors. I’m not an expert in every part of your home but I promise you I can help you find out what the issues of the home are and help you understand them. Buying a house is the only time in your life that you will be excited to spend $100,000’s. After you spend all that money on your house you want to be able to fill that house with new couches, appliances, and T.V.’s! Not replacing furnaces you thought were working, roofs you didn’t know leaked, or sewer drains that need to be replaced. I want to be very clear, EVERY HOUSE HAS ISSUES. Some are large and will need immediate attention. Getting a home inspection before you buy the house can sometimes help by getting the current owner to pay or partially pay for this costs. Some issues are small and only need to be monitored. Knowing about the small issues helps them remain small or gives you a good understanding of when monitoring an issues leads to actions to be taken.
